1. Photoelectric tracking control: Before wire cutting, place the pattern on the photoelectric tracking table of the machine tool during processing, and then control the machine tool table and the workpiece to make similar movements relative to the electrode wire by means of electromechanical linkage, and then cut out the pattern with the pattern.   2. Profiling control: Before wire cutting, the workpiece blank and the mold are clamped on the machine table at the same time. During the cutting process, the electrode wire is close to the edge of the mold to make orbital motion, and then the workpiece with the same shape and precision as the mold is cut.

  3. Digital program control, using advanced digital automatic control skills, no need to make templates or enlarge drawings, it has higher machining accuracy and wider application scale than the previous two control forms.

   The application of linear cuts should not neglect smoothing and cleaning.

  Wire cutting has a beautiful appearance and a reasonable and compact structure. It is mainly used to process complex cavities and curved surfaces of various conductors such as various molds and fine parts manufacturing, which has a very important impact on the operation of later equipment.

  1. The smoothing work of the wire cutting machine includes the smoothing of the following components, during this period:

  1) Wire feed gear: It should always be smooth and noiseless, otherwise the service life will be shortened.

  2) Wire screw: Oil should be added before starting work every day, and there should be no harsh noise, otherwise it will simply accelerate the wear of the screw.

  2. For the cleaning of wire cutting machine tools, the machine tools should be wiped clean before get off work every day, and the unusable waste, rags and waste molybdenum wire slag should be sorted out.

When it comes to maintenance, if the wire cutting is not used frequently, some parts inside will rust and break. When using it, we should also pay attention to the temperature of the machine. The machine cannot be separated from the careful protection and maintenance of the user, which requires the user to operate it in practice.
