  1、Mechanical clamping method

After grinding the plane of one end of the thin plate, the thin plate workpiece is removed from the plate, and the plane is placed on the magnetic chuck to grind the other end of the thin plate workpiece. Because the epoxy is fluid before it hardens, it fills the gap between thin workpieces and flat plates. When the epoxy resin hardens, the workpiece and the sheet are bonded into a whole, and the rigidity of the workpiece is greatly enhanced. Under the attraction of the magnetic force, the thin workpiece will not be clamped and deformed, creating conditions for the grinding plane. Thick grease can also be used instead of epoxy resin to fill the gap between the thin workpiece and the magnetic chuck to enhance the rigidity of the workpiece, and can also receive outstanding results.

  4、Clamping method of buffer elastic gasket

  When grinding the above thin plate workpiece on the surface grinder, select the elastic clamping mechanism, so that the thin plate workpiece can be positioned and clamped within a certain period of time. A layer of 0.5mm thick rubber is placed between the workpiece and the magnetic table. When the workpiece is subjected to magnetic attraction, the rubber is compressed and the elastic deformation becomes smaller, so that the plane of the workpiece can be ground.
