  Internal cause: The parameter setting is unreasonable. When the processing current is large, the molybdenum wire is prone to breakage. The proportion of cutting fluid is not suitable. If the flushing liquid is too small, the discharge conditions will be deteriorated, and it cannot be effectively punched into the slit. In addition, it is also necessary to regularly check the adequacy of the cutting fluid to keep the circulation channel unobstructed.

  The precision of the guide wheel is abnormal (especially the support guide wheel). When the precision of the guide wheel decreases, the molybdenum wire is easily broken. The conductive blocks have worn grooves. The groove formed by wear is easy to pinch off the molybdenum wire. It is necessary to adjust the position of the conductive block frequently and replace the conductive block in time to avoid wear.
